The Roma Culture and Media Center BARIKANIPE is an association of young students working to improve the position of the Roma community in various areas. The center emphasizes policy research, literary and cultural enrichment, media development, and professional training. Established in 2016, BARIKANIPE has implemented around 20 projects to date.
The Center nurtures the written and literary Roma language, conducts scientific research on Roma history, culture, language, and social structure in Macedonia, and organizes cultural, literary, and media events both locally and internationally.
